Forging An S-Hook

     Twist the hook as much or as little as you wish. When it looks good to you, it is done. Just make certain that the hooks at each end are offset by 180 degrees (one should point up and one should point down).
     You should note that where the bar was hottest the twist may be tighter and where the bar was cool the twist will appear more open or "looser."
