     Heat the bar just behind the scroll for about 3 or 4 inches. Cool the scrolled end in water to prevent deformation and bend the bar over the horn of the anvil.
     Do this by extending the end of the bar past the curve of the horn, scroll pointing up, and hammering it down and around the horn. You should be able to bend the bar most of the way around in a single heat.
