I am a HUGE fan of free software (freeware) and I think that shareware is the next best thing since pizza and beer. Imagine, you can try the software out BEFORE you shell out your hard earned cash for it! My love affair with downloadable software began in the early 1990's, when the sexiest email addresses ended in "compuserve.com" or "aol.com" and hasn't let up since. So, now that I occasionally write some of my own or put together files of interest to others, I have created this "downloads" section. I have personally used or written each of these applications and recommend them without reservations. Files are typically in ZIP format and compatible with Windows 95 through XP. They should run on Vista but as I do not own a PC running Vista I cannot personally attest to that.
Software links and files have been arranged in rough groups according to type.
