dot_whiteI love tools! Hand tools, power tools, attachments, it doesn't matter. I am always looking for the perfect "handy gadget." To quote Tim Allen, the patron comedian of home owners everywhere, “I got tools to fix tools…”

dot_whiteAs a blacksmith/metalsmith this is quite literally the case! I also believe in getting tools that suit my needs. In other words, if it is something I am going to use a great deal, I buy a mid to high-end tool. However, if it is something I am going to use only once or twice, I buy a cheapie. And it is in these cheapie vs. high end comparisons that the real gems are unearthed!

dot_whiteI thought it would be helpful, on occasion, to pass along what I have discovered in this area of endeavor and thus the “Tool Reviews” category was born! This is my humble attempt to share what I have learned through personal experience with tools I have used with my own hands.

After years of trying to get a "round toit" - the Elektric Anvil has been re-integrated into the Celtic Knot. I have closed "ElektricAnvil.net" and am now working on adding new material to the knot.  Come back soon to see what's new at the Celtic Knot.
