In 2006, after a LOT of planning, I gutted the west end of the first floor of my home and built the kitchen we have wanted for years. I did most of the work myself, but received some really needed help from:

• My family, including my wife, brother-inlaw, mother-inlaw and my mom
• My buddy Jeff with his vast electrical expertise
• Chris and Mike, who helped with the floor and insulation
• My neighbor John, who helped lift the beam into place
• A few pros I hired to do the mudding and install the new windows
• And most importanly of all, Phil, without whos help this would NOT have been finished as quickly as it was!
